30-дневна гаранция - нов ключ или пълно възстановяване
If the delivered ключ does not work, we will provide a new ключ or issue a full refund.

2. Право на отказ
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m), the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once digital content delivery starts with your consent.

Independently of withdrawal rights, we provide a 30-day commercial warranty covering technical ключ activation issues.
