Refund and Warranty Policy

30-day warranty - new Schlüssel or full refund

If the delivered Schlüssel does not work, we will provide a new Schlüssel or issue a full refund.

1. Product Type

Produkte sold by topdirect.ro are digital software licenses delivered electronically by email.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m), the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once digital content delivery starts with your consent.

3. 30-Day Functional Warranty

Independently of withdrawal rights, we provide a 30-day commercial warranty covering technical Schlüssel activation issues.
