If the delivered key does not work, we will provide a new key or issue a full refund.

Produse sold by topdirect.ro are digital software licenses delivered electronically by email.
2. Dreptul de retragere
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m), the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once digital content delivery starts with your consent.
3. Garantie functionala de 30 de zile
Independently of withdrawal rights, we provide a 30-day commercial warranty covering technical key activation issues.

- Attach a screenshot of the activation error

- Replacement with a new functional key

If we cannot resolve a complaint amicably, you may use relevant ADR/ODR channels and competent courts.
