If the delivered chiave does not work, we will provide a new chiave or issue a full refund.

Prodotti sold by topdirect.ro are digital software licenses delivered electronically by email.
2. Diritto di recesso
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m), the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once digital content delivery starts with your consent.
3. Garanzia funzionale di 30 giorni
Independently of withdrawal rights, we provide a 30-day commercial warranty covering technical chiave activation issues.
