Return Policy
Consumer Rights
Products purchased remotely can be returned in accordance with G.E.O. 34/2014 in the same condition in which they were received, within 45 calendar days from receipt, without penalties and without invoking any reason. Shipping costs and any other fees will be borne by us.
How to Return Products
It's very simple to return products! You can notify us by:

- Important: The return must be initiated within 45 calendar days from receiving the product. The product must be returned within a maximum of 45 days from initiating the return.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please observe the following conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with original labels and packaging intact.
- Return the product along with all accessories, organized in the original box, as you received them.
- Ensure that the product shows no signs of wear, stains, or damage. If the product was received defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours.
- Do not forget to include the documents that accompanied the product (invoice and, if applicable, the warranty certificate).
- If you received gifts along with the product, these must be returned together with the main product.
Products with Special Rules
Certain products require additional attention when returning:
- If you purchased multiple identical products and wish to return all of them, only one of them can be unsealed; the rest must remain sealed.
- Products such as light bulbs, flashlights, extension cords, sockets, batteries, accumulators, and chargers can only be returned if they are sealed.
- Cartmetic products, personal care products, or single-use products cannot be returned if they have been used, unsealed, or tested, for reasons of hygiene and customer health protection.
- In the case of electronic products or small household appliances, they must be clean before returning them, if they have been unsealed or tested.
Product Value Reimbursement
Once the return is accepted, the product value will be reimbursed quickly:
- We will refund the amount paid by bank transfer, to the account specified by you, within 7 calendar days.
- You also have the option to use the returned amount as an advance payment for a future order on our website.
- We do not charge restocking fees (return processing fees) and there are no other additional costs.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
Return Method
Returns are simple, via express courier and will be covered by us:
- Return the product via express courier and ensure it is properly packaged to avoid damage.
- In case of a defective product, please contact us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Protect the product in its original box or suitable packaging.
Important Return Rules
Please observe the following rules to avoid any inconvenience:
- Do not send packages without notifying us in advance, as they will not be collected.
- Do not send cash-on-delivery packages, as they will not be accepted.
- Ensure that the product is properly packaged for return, otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.
Return Resolution
Any issue related to returns will be resolved quickly, within a maximum of 7 working days from its notification.
Product Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us in advance. We process exchanges within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
