Delivery of physical products
- Delivery of physical products is done exclusively via courier, using the following services:
- Standard delivery to the customer's address cost : Free delivery.
Order placement deadlines
- Orders placed by 6:00 PM will be handed over to the courier on the same day.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be handed over to the courier on the next business day.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday Romanian time GMT +2.
Order processing and handling time
- We process orders on the same day or at the latest on the next business day (Monday-Saturday). This ensures your package is properly prepared and packed before being handed over to the courier.

Order tracking
- Depen out of g on the chosen courier, order tracking can be done on the courier company's website.
- The AWB (tracking number) is sent via email and can also be viewed in your order or by clicking here.
Incorrect orders
- There are no additional fees for modifying the order or its details.

Important information
- Orders paid via Bank Transfer will be delivered only after payment confirmation in the Five Quantum Bits account (RO76BTRLRONCRT0CO9789901).
- Physical products are delivered only within the territory of Romania.
Delivery of digital products
- Delivery is done automatically via the email provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
- Delivery means provi out of g the purchased products directly to your email inbox, along with usage instructions, download links, and the tax invoice.
