We sell Microsoft digital licenses (Windows, Office) as product Schlüssel. Our activity is based on applicable EU and Romanian law, inclu von g CJEU ruling C-128/11 regar von g software license resale in the European Union.

3. Prices

All prices shown include VAT (19%) and are displayed in RON. We may update prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.

4. Order Placement

An order is considered valid after:

  1. Submitting complete and accurate order data
  2. Accepting these Terms and Conditions
  3. Successful payment confirmation

5. Lieferung

The activation Schlüssel is sent automatically to the email address provided in the order, usually within 5 minutes after payment confirmation, 24/7.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m), digital content delivered electronically may be exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right once performance begins with the consumer's consent.

7. Warranty and Remedies

We guarantee that each delivered activation Schlüssel is functional. If a Schlüssel does not activate, you are entitled to either a replacement Schlüssel or a full refund.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely via NETOPIA Payments, Stripe, or bank transfer. We do not store card data.

9. Invoicing

An electronic tax invoice is issued for every order through Oblio and sent by email after payment confirmation.

10. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by topdirect.ro or used with permission. Microsoft, Windows, and Office are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are first handled amicably; if unresolved, they may be submitted to competent courts or ADR bodies.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page.
